Pumpkin extraordinaire

This is the pumpkin my office decorated for the annual South Texas ortho pumpkin decorating contest. Unfortunately we didn't win.

This is the winning pumpkin- pretty cool but not as cool as a scene from charlotte's web.

Visit to Utah

Brian took Jacob and Merry to Utah to visit his parents- I caught up with them a few days later after a few full nights of sleep.
This is in Kanosh, Utah - the driver and other riders are Jacob and Merry's cousins. I think this was Jacob's favorite part of the whole trip

Merry was more excited about finding a sucker than the snow.

We went for a hike in Mueller Park in Bountiful Utah.

Unfortunately Jacob thought the leaves over the water in the stream was solid ground and got soaked - I think he was more upset about quiting the hike than being wet and cold.

Love Creek Orchard

We visited the Love Creek Orchard in Medina Texas today.

Jacob and Merry drove a hay tractor.

Merry held the chick and then kissed it - hopefully no diseases were transmitted

Jacob had a staring contest with a goat- the goat won- Jacob wouldn't hold the chick because he didn't like their feet.

Jacob tried to tunnel out of the hollow tree.

Brian bought me a special halloween shirt this year- It says "you drive me batty" I am not sure if there is a hidden message.

Brian even dressed for the event by wearing his orange crush hat.

Jacob and Merry sing happy birthday

This was for Grandpa Stott, but if it is your birthday subsitute your name instead. Merry picked out her own outfit.
