Oh how fine, Jacob is nine.

Happy birthday dear Jacob.
Fancy blue cake.  Thanks to Leslie for providing the frosting and Renee for the icecream and hosting.
Adam demonstrating how an alligator would eat you, hopefully we never find this out.
Since his birthday was on Memorial Day this year we went to visit brother Mike and family who were at a conference in Orlando and then we headed out to the ranch to see brother David and family.
Always lots of entertainment at the ranch.  No cousins were injured in the making of these pictures.
I think Jackson was volunteering to be the calf.
Some of the cousins
from left to right
Jackson, Isaac, Jacob, Mason, Jennings, Jennifer, Adam, Hannah, Eliza, Ashley, Christian, Grace and Merry.
Love the action shots.
Wait, didn't we just have a picture of Brian holding Eliza in this same outfit a couple of weeks ago.
Brother David made some awesome hamburgers.

Hannah loves baby Eliza and kept wanting to hold her.
A little king of the hill.
I am not sure who won.
Popsicles.
The aftermath of playing in the arena and on the dirt mound.
With a little cheetos mixed in.
All in all a fabulous day.

The merry month of May

My niece Ashley has come to stay with us to be the nanny.
My kids have been very excited, especially because she takes them swimming in the lake.
All except Adam who likes to stay in the canoe.
Random Merry picture, with the eliminator water cannon.

Eliza at 5 months

 Happy 5 months Eliza.
She has recently discovered her lips and loves to suck on them and blow raspberries.
I had to trim up her mullet, about 1.5 in. off the back.
She can roll both ways and spin in circles.
She is a happy little baby.

Happy Graduation

 Grace graduated from preschool.
Her and her preschool cronies waiting for the commencement activities to begin.
Skipping up the aisle to deliver her flower to the basket.
They sang "Florida Alphabet"- each letter has an item in Florida to represent it.  My favorite line is na-na-Naples where the old folks go.
Madi, Grace and Morgan.
Ms. Kathy her teacher.
Grace and her momma.
I can't believe she is ready to start kindergarten this year.

The close of baseball

Tournament day at the San Ann fields.
How exciting is this.  I notice baseball is a lot of standing around.
Good job team.
Showing off the hardware.
Jacob and Cole.
Our ragamuffins after watching a double header.
Eliza loves baseball, you can tell from her expression.

Eliza in May

Stop staring at me giraffe.
We tie-dyed t-shirts for family night a couple of weeks ago.  Eliza got a tie-dyed onsie.
 I love tie-dye
and fluffy hair.

Happy Mother's day

Merry's rendition of me.  Totally can see the resemblance
Here is what I asked for for Mother's day, a load of dirt.
To go with the load of daylilies my dad gave me for my birthday.

Revenge of the tooth fairy

Adam fell and hit his front tooth on a bookshelf at preschool a couple of weeks ago.
It was a little dark but did not need to be extracted.  Then he fell in the shower and hit the bench and the tooth was totally loose.  I was worried that I was going to have to take it out.
We went to church on Sunday morning and I thought I will take him to the office after Brian gets home so he can help me extract the tooth.  Adam beat me to the punch and extracted the tooth himself.
The tooth fairy finally came a week later and brought a pea dispenser and a raccoon figurine.
Both of which made the list to sleep with him that night.
I am going back and forth whether or not I should bond a temporary bridge.
I am pretty sure with how active he is he will knock it out again.
We have to look on the bright side and think of all the Halloween costumes that are possible with a missing tooth.
