Happy Father's Day

 

Happy Father's Day to the best dad around.

 These kids sure are lucky to have a great role model and friend.

Summer camps in June

 We were crazy busy with summer camps all of June.  Merry and I got to spend a week at girl's camp.

She had a fabulous time and I felt like I was on vacation for the week.

She also spent a week at volleyball camp but I didn't get any pictures.

 Adam was at cub scout day camp and thought it was the most awesome thing ever.

He got to shoot bb guns and bow and arrows and run wild all day.

Jacob was at sea base for a week. We only got a couple of photos from the scout master because he was phone free all week long.  Aside from the tons of mosquito bites he had a great time.  He loved the snorkeling and brought home a huge conch shell he found.

 Today Jacob was ordained a teacher.

We are so proud of this young man and the help he is to our family.

Eliza's dance recital

It's that time of year- dance recital time- I think this might be Eliza's first and last recital because she has not really loved it that much.

 But she sure looked cute in her little sailor outfit.

 She danced to Come on Let me Take You on a Sea Cruise and she was as sassy as she looks in this picture.

Luckily one of her friends, Nora, was in the same dance- just a different day - to make the rehearsal day bearable. 

End of year summary for Grace

 Grace had a great 4th grade year.

She had Ms. Townley again as her teacher.

The fifth year Ms. Townley has taught one of my kids.

She had a great group of friends in her class, Gracie, Angelina and Kari.

 

Her last soccer tournament was the weekend school got out.

 They faced some fierce competition.

We spent memorial day watching her play in the semifinals and finals.

They ended up in 2nd place.

Grace and I also got to attend a mother's day luau with activity day girls.

So proud of him and all his hard work, he will almost have a year of high school done before he even starts high school.
