8th grade grad

 The 8th grade graduate.

 Luckily one of his friends has a last name next to his so he has someone to talk to.

Finally, Jacob dressed as Rick Astley for 8th grade spirit week.

So proud of him and all his hard work, he will almost have a year of high school done before he even starts high school.

NASA with the small kids

 Grace's class had a field trip to NASA so Adam and Eliza tagged along.

This is the day that Adam discovered he is taller than Grace.

 It is so hard to image how incredibly large the rockets are until you see them.

Torturing the small kids with another picture, fortunately I had bribed them with ice cream.

 

 Adam discovered the deliciousness of swirl ice cream.

 Grace loves chocolate.

Eliza with the messy hair is a vanilla gal.

Adam end of 2nd grade

 Adam at his walk of stars.  Mrs. Felts gave him the bookworm award because this boy loves to read.

His favorite this year was Harry Potter.

He said he wanted to be a policeman because he is really good at shooting nerf guns.

 So proud of this super smart boy.

He also got to visit the fire station with scouts that same night.

Now it is a toss up between police and fireman.

Band nerds

Merry and Jacob at the Spring concert.

This is Jacob's last year in band so his last concert.

No such luck for Merry now that we own a saxophone.

Merry was also named the MVP for the 6th grade volleyball players.

A lady of many talents.

 You can tell the other kids were highly entertained by the band concert.

The music even put Eliza to sleep.

Because I didn't get a picture with his baritone at the concert here is a picture of the last MPAs for Jacob, (Aiden and Rylan in the background.)

Mother's Day

Me with the my sweet kids on Mother's Day.

 Jacob is so kind and funny.  He is super sarcastic which I love and hate at the same time.

Merry is so smart and determined.  Once she decides she wants something she is unstoppable.

 Grace is so sweet and helpful.  She is the other mother to Eliza which is such a big help.

 Adam is so energetic and spunky.  He is like an energizer bunny.

 Eliza is so sassy and bright.  She definitely keeps us on out toes.

 Love these kids and I am so glad I am there mom.

Adam and Eliza were the only ones that will still allow kissing.

Adam's baseball

 The end of another baseball season.

 His team had a rough year but finally figured it out by the playoffs.

 They ended up in second place.

Good job Adam!

Preschool graduation for the baby

Happy preschool graduation to Eliza.

 She loved her teacher Ms. Kathy.

 Sweet Eliza. Her class sang all the preschool hits like Florida alphabet and Peace like a river.

 With our crazy schedule Grace was the kid able to come.

Eliza had such a great time at Sacred Heart and made such good friends.

She is looking forward to joining Adam and Grace at the big school.
