Father Daughter Dance

Brian and the girls ready for the father/daughter dance at the elementary school.
Grace picked out Eliza's clothes and got her all the way dressed.
Grace is an awesome big sister.
Look Mom, I have 6 digits on my hands.
Grace is telling Eliza to look at the camera, not the flowers.
It is so much easier to pose one at a time.
Merry made it home from dance just in time to go to the dance,
so she did not get to pose in the before pictures.

Miss Eliza

Miss Eliza has hit the two year old age in full stride.
She is a lover of all things involving snowmen.
I am not sure she would love them so much if we lived where it is cold.
She recently started sucking her finger and rubbing her hair.
Maybe this comforts her terrible two-ness.
It is a good thing she is so cute.

Birthday boy

Happy birthday dear Brian.
Next year we will have to get the number candles instead.
We are lucky to have such a wonderful father and husband.

Soccer

I was wondering where the past 2 months had gone then I realized that December and January were spent at the soccer field.
Jacob with his long hair blowing in the wind.

Merry chasing down the ball.

Number nine

Happy birthday to beautiful Merry.
Number nine is mighty fine.
Merry is very sweet.
She loves reading, dancing, soccer, gardening and all things crafty.
She loves to learn about Greek mythology.
She is Jacob's video game compadre.
It is hard to believe she is already nine.
She is not so much a fan of taking pictures especially when it cuts into video game time with Jacob.

Happy 2015

 Happy New Year.
All the party people on New Year's Eve.
Merry and Grace made us these lovely party hats.
We played dominoes, video games and lit fire works and Chinese lanterns.
Caps for sale.  We have enough monkeys in our house to reenact this book.
Eliza loved the fireworks and black-eyed peas.

Post Christmas blues

What mom makes their family wear coordinating outfits?
 How annoying.
Jacob, with the shaggy hair.
Merry, with stars in her eyes and on her skirt. The skirt leaves a trail of glitter where ever she goes.

Grace lost one front tooth in time for Christmas
Adam is bearing the scars of a close encounter with the wildlife (aka Eliza).
Eliza, looks so innocent.
