Happy 4 months Eliza

Look who is already 4 months old.
Time flies when you are having fun.
She has just enough hair on the sides to make 2 piggy tails.
She has also turned into a closet thumb sucker, much to my chagrin.

Merry's dress details

Merry's dress details for project run and play.
Ruffly sleeves.

A round yoke with a micro pleat border, a pleated gather and contrasting tiny waist band.
Contrasting trim around the pockets and dirty finger nails because that is how my girls play.

My favorite part the pearly snaps.
All to get the perfect picture of Merry.

I forgot to take a picture of the yoked back with double top stitching.

Happy Easter

Our pretty Easter Lily.
The egg dyeing party.
Love Adam and Grace in the back ground.
Our eggs and a half-eaten sandwich.
The supervisor/
accomplice.  I think Adam dyed his fingers more than the eggs.
Egg dyer extraordinaire.
Adam hunting eggs.

The egg hunters in their Easter dress.

Eliza at 3 months

Little Eliza at 3 months.  Some of her hobbies include
trying to eat her whole hand,
sticking out her tongue,
smiling,
and roll,
roll,
rolling.
And being loved by her siblings, of course.

Happy St. Patty's day

Warning: Random picture overload.
 The wearing o' the green.
Notice the large building in the back, that has to live in my house for 3 more weeks.
Eliza says "green rocks.'
 Adam and his sweet sisters.
Merry with her crazy face.
Miss Grace.
 Merry, Merry.
Adam, the cheese-miester.
Some one should really tell his mother to wash his face.
Eliza upon her throne.
I am bored with this, please carry on.
The required silly face photo, Grace style,
Adam style,
and finally Eliza style.
"A pirate, a pirate, a pirate say argggg."  You know you were singing the Backyardigans song.

Over due Merry pictures

I finally got around to taking some 7 year old pictures of Merry.
I won this fabric in a basket at the Blue Bonnet shop hop a few years ago.  The fabric has little blue bonnets all over, too bad there is only phlox on the roadside here.  I finally got around to making a dress thinking she could wear it with Jacob's old blue-topped cowboy boots.

Unfortunately the boots are too tight now, just my luck.
Love this sweet girl.
